Grab three friends, get creative and stand out at this years O ROCK to be into win 4 Apple Watches – one for each of you!  Our judge will be looking out for your Rock ’n ' Good Quad before and after the event so make sure you dress up, be creative, stand out and be seen in-front of the O ROCK stage! 

Your Rock ’n ' Good Quad does not need to enter or run together, just be seen together before or after you have completed the course.
