10KM INFORMATION
Our O ROCK 10km obstacle course event that combines off-road terrain and obstacles to allow those with a sense of adventure to define themselves, then bask in the glory at the finish with great music, good food and drinks. O ROCK features obstacles constructed by an experienced crew. These aren’t pop-up kiddie obstacles. You’ll climb over parked cars, fences and containers, slide down fireman poles, crawl under our nets, jump over and under walls and climb Mt O ROCK! Plus you’ll face many other challenges all while running over a combination of dirt paths, grass fields and foot paths.

10km Event Structure
All 10km competitors leave in one waves starting at 8am and complete 2 laps of our O ROCK course. That's over 20+ obstacles! Each runner will receive a medal when they finish. (competitors must be at least 14 years old on event day to compete)

First Aid
There will be paramedics at the race in case of injuries. The first aid tent will be clearly marked and situated near the finish line.
Awards
Prizes will be awarded for the O ROCK top three female finishers and top three male finishers for the 10km event. Racers must successfully complete all obstacles to be eligible for prizes.
Will there be mud?
No mud, but maybe a little water. Obstacles are all on grass.
What to do when you arrive?
First, head to the big, white registration tent. You will get your timing chip and race number here. Next check in any bags you want to leave at the bag check tent (we recommend leaving as much as possible in your car) and then head into the O ROCK event area (in-front of the stage) for an epic day of fun!
What should I bring to the event?
(1) Appropriate event clothing. Shorts or 3/4 length pants and tees for girls and shorts and tees for guys.
(2) Drinking Water. Although we provide water on the race course and a drink at the finish line, we don't provide water before the event. Beverages will be available for purchase but you can also bring your own bottle of water.
(3) Blankets, lawn chairs and/or small sun shades. Take a load off after the race and enjoy the music in comfort!
(4) Money. You'll need cash or eftpos to buy coffee, drinks and food.
When should I show up on the day of the event?
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before the start time. This gives you enough time to park, stretch, hydrate, check-in, etc.
Can I change my distance down to the 5km event?
Yes, but only if the 5km wave starts have space. You can send us an email for these changes.
How long does it take to complete the course?
Your finish time will depend on your ability. Top times are generally in the mid 50s. Most people finish within 90min to 90 minutes.
How do I train for this event?
It’s best to focus on a total-body workout, with an emphasis on running. Many competitors are members of gyms or participate in boot camp-style classes at their local gyms and parks.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
No. All registrations for our events are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to someone else. Just email us to do so.
What if I can’t get over an obstacle or just don’t want to do it?
You’re free to go around an obstacle but you won’t receive a medal at the finish.
